We believe that increasingly qualified professionals produce better results, so we offer technical and behavioral training, inside or outside the company. Among the actions, we highlight the Leader Development Program, online courses, Knowledge Partners, Trainees, Education Incentives, Schooling Raising, among others.

We value our professionals, giving priority to filling new vacancies with those who already work with us. Our Profit-Sharing program includes all workers employed, representing a relevant valuation and engagement tool. All employees are mobilized to reach the corporate and sector goals set for the year, and their success is recognized by this important benefit.

Our employees are challenged – and motivated – to make it happen, developing professionally every day. We have a well-established system for monitoring results. We hold monthly meetings with teams at various levels to evaluate performance indicators and build action plans.

Employees representing the different sectors meet periodically to discuss and raise issues that can be better communicated at the industrial units.
