M. Dias Branco’s Chief Executive Officer was honored in the Family Enterprise category of the 28th edition of the program, which celebrates business leaders with a positive impact on society.
Ivens Dias Branco Júnior was one of the honorees at the 28th edition of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Program – Brazil, promoted by EY (Ernst & Young), one of the largest consulting and auditing firms in the world. The ceremony was held on October 28 in São Paulo, bringing together prominent business leaders and executives from across Brazil.
Considered one of the most prestigious recognitions in global entrepreneurship, EY program celebrates leaders who stand out for their vision, innovation, and commitment to sustainability. In 2025 edition, the honorees were divided into seven categories, including Family Enterprise, in which Ivens Dias Branco was recognized for his career at the helm of the family company, which has contributed to Brazil’s economic and social development for over 70 years.
“Receiving this distinction is an honor that I share with everyone who is part of our history. Every step of this journey is the result of collective work, grounded in our values and an entrepreneurial spirit that sustains our path, shapes our present, and guides us toward the future,” said Ivens.
During the event, EY reinforced its commitment to valuing entrepreneurs who transform the country. “The EY Entrepreneur of the Year Program – Brazil is more than a celebration of successful careers; it is recognition of the resilience, innovation, and positive impact generated by Brazilian entrepreneurs every day,” said Luiz Sérgio Vieira, CEO of EY in Brazil.
In his speech, the CEO of M. Dias Branco also emphasized the importance of purposeful entrepreneurship and management based on ethics, balance, and complementary skills. “I believe in responsible non-conformism – the one that moves us and encourages us to go forward, but always with ethics, purpose, and balance,” he said.
