M. Dias Branco reinforces commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Agenda

On Global Action Day for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Company reaffirms its commitment to a fairer, more ethical, and sustainable future.

September 25 marks the anniversary of the approval, in 2015, of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development by the 193 Member States of the United Nations. In line with this global commitment, since 2019 M. Dias Branco has been a signatory to the Global Compact – Brazil Network, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, integrating the ten universal principles and the Sustainable Development Goals into its ESG 2030 Strategic Agenda and management practices.

As part of this commitment, M. Dias Branco participates in the Global Compact’s action platforms, focusing on core themes such as Climate, Human Rights, Anti-Corruption, and Sustainable Agriculture. This ongoing effort strengthens the integration of sustainability into corporate strategy and drives significant progress across the entire value chain.

In this symbolic milestone, the Company reaffirms its commitment to all SDGs, while focusing on projects structured around themes with the highest potential for transformation. This approach considers the positive and negative externalities associated with business activities, strengthens the connection with the 2030 Agenda, guides the efficient allocation of resources, increases transparency with stakeholders, and translates global commitments into concrete, measurable actions aligned with the Company’s reality.
