In line with best practices and global market trends, and striving for greater agility, practicality and improvement of its processes, M. Dias Branco celebrates the Go Live phase of its new business management system (SAP) through the Simplifique Project.
And it is our great pleasure to share the news of a major milestone: the successful completion of the long-awaited Go Live stage. Now is the time to celebrate our visions and efforts becoming reality. A challenging journey, of tireless hours dedicated, challenges and obstacles overcome, always aiming to simplify processes, efficient optimization of time and reinforcement of our commitment to excellence.
The Company’s Chief IT Officer, Mauro Alarcon, believes everyone’s commitment and effort were key factors: “Great transformation is only possible with a great team, not only in numbers, but also in dedication, collaboration, competence, creativity and focus. This is the DNA of M. Dias Branco’s employees.” According to him, each step and hurdle faced was driven by a now tangible dream.
The Simplifique Project started on May 2022, going live on January 2024. Over 785 employees were directly involved with the project, allocated among 16 manufacturing units and 33 Distribution Centers inside Brazil, in 126 production lines and covering 47 systems, and effectively managing 174 impacts. 1410 training classes were assembled, amounting to 16,643 attendants in over 119 courses.
