About the program
The Program named Alimentando Sonhos (Feeding Dreams) was created to boost the economic and social development of the communities, with a particular focus on the regions neighboring our units. Through training in the field of gastronomy, the program offers theoretical and practical training in partnership with third sector entities. Our goal is to educate professionals for both the job market and entrepreneurship, promoting employability and reducing social inequalities.

Joining is super easy. Just get in touch with one of the institutions participating in the program and schedule your interview.
Classes start the week after your interview.
Is there any cost for participants to attend the course?
No. All courses offered by the Alimentando Sonhos Program are completely free of charge for participants.
How can my institution become a partner in the program?
For your institution to be assessed as a partner of Alimentando Sonhos, send an email to responsabilidadesocial@mdiasbranco.com.br introducing the organization and explaining how the courses are conducted. Our team will analyze the proposal e will keep you informed on the next steps.
How the program supports women after training?
After completing the courses, Alimentando Sonhos Program offers support for entrepreneurship and has strategic partnerships that expand opportunities for women to enter the job market.
