Puro Sabor Margarine

The Puro Sabor brand is produced at the GME plant (Shortening and Special Margarines), one of the M. Dias Branco industrial units, founded in 2002 in Fortaleza, CE. In its portfolio, it has a home-use (60% lipids) and industrial (70% lipids) line, indicated for the preparation of cakes, pies, cookies/crackers, snacks, creams and sauces, shallow frying and cooking.

It is produced in one of the most modern plants in Latin America, certified by ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000, as well as being the first in the segment of refining and producing margarine in Ceará to obtain the HACCP certification (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
