With Portuguese roots, the Estrela Bakery opened in 1946 by Pelagio de Oliveira Brandão. Its growth resulted in the Estrela Plant, which in December 2011, became part of the M. Dias Branco brand portfolio.
The brand operates in Brazil’s North and Northeast. It has over 30 pasta and cookie products that make meals much more flavorful from breakfast to dinner. Emphasis to the semolina pasta lines, with five different types, which please the whole family; assorted cookies/crackers and snacks, such as Cream Cracker, which you can eat anytime, anywhere.
