Food Safety Management

The quality and safety of our foods are our priority. The selection of ingredients, the adoption of the best manufacturing technologies and the achievement of international certifications are just a few examples of our care with our production process.

We strive to ensure that our products continue to be the preferred by consumers, whether for their quality (flavor, crispness, texture, aroma and nutritional composition) or for their trust in the safety of our foods (free of undesirable substances that may cause harm to consumer health).

Our Food Quality and Safety team, along with the Research & Development department, are responsible for the continuous improvement and monitoring of the products and their manufacturing processes, which include compliance with rules and laws, the standards established by the market and especially, consumer demands.

We have adopted tools such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Certifications. All this being managed by the Quality Management System and supported by the TMP (Total Manufacturing Performance) methodology.
